These goals are general, and in addition, during the meetings held by Management to Review the System, quantifiable objectives are established for a certain time period, including objective proof that shows achievement, the person who will be responsible for the implementation and the resources to fulfil the goals.


Ensuring that everyone in the organisation who affects quality is aware of the Quality Policy and the goals established is achieved thanks to the Quality Manager making them public at all levels of the organisation and distributing the documents that apply to each level, to the various job positions.
